Asna Tungekar

Asna Tungekar is currently a Project Lead at Odetta. Asna has also served as a mentor and founder at CodeNisa, helping to promote digital literacy for women. As a business analyst, they have worked with over 80 projects and 45+ international clients. In their role as Chapter Lead at Women In Data, they have helped to promote the participation of women in the data field.

Asna has always been interested in technology and its potential to change the world. Asna first became involved in the field of data analytics when they were working as a research project assistant at Kuwait University. After seeing the impact that data could have on businesses and organizations, they decided to pursue a career in data analytics.

Since then, Asna has worked as a project manager, business analyst, and chapter lead at various organizations. Through their work, they have helped businesses to improve their performance by introducing technical documentation and processes, tracking and reviewing project activities, and providing regular reports on progress. Asna has also assisted with data cleansing, validation, and mapping from multiple data sources.

Asna is passionate about using data to improve the world around us. In their current role as Project Lead at Odetta, they are working on developing a web-based platform that allows for monitoring and alerting of food expiry. Asna is also working on designing, developing, and deploying executive-level performance metrics, using PowerBI.
