Karston Gross

Karston Gross has been working in the professional field since 2015. Karston started as a Supervisor at Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in 2015 and then moved on to become a Store Clerk at OnCue Marketing, LLC in 2017. In 2018, they joined Cerner Corporation as an Associate Revenue Cycle Consultant. In 2021, they joined Eze Software (SS&C Eze, a unit of SS&C Technologies) as an Associate Solutions Analyst and also began working as a Customer Success Lead at Odeza.

Karston Gross attained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing from Oklahoma State University between 2013 and 2018. Karston also attended Wichita State University between 2014 and 2015, studying Communication and Media Studies. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER. Karston is currently in the process of obtaining HFMA's Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
