Anita Klaver

Anita Klaver is the Head of HR at Odin Groep since April 2024. Prior to this, Anita held the position of CHRO at Enreach, a PE-backed scale-up in cloud communications, where Anita played a crucial role in facilitating growth and implementing agile ways of working. With a Master's Degree in Educational Technology from the University of Twente, Anita has a strong background in HR, having worked in various HR roles at companies like Philips Healthcare and Philips Semiconductors. Anita also has experience as a Consultant at B&A Groep and as an Educational Consultant at Dida*el in Milan, Italy.
