George Rowader

George Rowader has an extensive work experience in the automotive industry. George currently holds the role of Vice President Operations at ODL, Inc since October 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President and General Manager - Adjacent Businesses at the same company from April 2018 to September 2018.

Before joining ODL, Inc, George worked at Adient as the Vice President - Seat Structures and Mechanisms - Americas from October 2016 to February 2018.

Prior to their time at Johnson Controls, George worked at Chrysler as the International Business Strategy Manager - Asia/Pacific Region from November 1998 to November 2000 and Product Planning Manager - Africa/Middle East/South America from November 1996 to November 1998.

George also has experience working at companies such as Lear Corporation, where they served as a Design Engineer, Product Engineer, and Senior Product Engineer from June 1989 to February 1993, and Proto-Dynamics, where they started their career as a Metal Model Maker Apprentice from June 1984 to June 1989.

George Rowader holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business, which they obtained from the University of Michigan. George pursued this degree from 1994 to 2000. Prior to their M.B.A., they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering at Michigan Technological University. George studied mechanical engineering from 1984 to 1989.

In addition to their formal education, George Rowader has also obtained the certification titled "Supporting Allyship and Anti-Racism at Work" from LinkedIn in April 2022.
