Vipan Sawhney

Vipan Sawhney has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several decades. Vipan currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at ODN Digital Services since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from 2019 to 2021, where they held the role of CTO at MYND Solutions and was responsible for leading the SAAS business offerings, transformation of manual processes to digital, and bringing in demonstrable savings for customers.

Before joining Mynd Integrated Solutions, Vipan Sawhney worked at Siemens Limited from 2013 to 2019, where they held the position of Transition and Transformation Lead and later as Global Account Manager - Data Center CoC. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in establishing Siemens as a significant player in the Data Center Infrastructure business venture and delivering significant results within the telecom industry.

Vipan also served as the CEO of Megasys India (P) Ltd. from 2012 to 2013, where they managed delivery on SCM products and set up E-Commerce initiatives, focusing on Microsoft technologies and Share Point.

From 2008 to 2012, Vipan Sawhney worked as Vice President at Progression Infonet Pvt. Ltd., where they headed the Cloud Computing Business and played a key role in delivering 24x7 support, assisting businesses with migration from in-house infrastructure to hosted infrastructure, and implementing the Pay as you Use Compute model.

Earlier in their career, they served as Vice President - Implementation at World Fashion Exchange from 2004 to 2008, overseeing the implementation of software products for global clients and managing relationships.

Furthermore, they founded and directed Quest Infotech Pvt. Ltd. from 1990 to 2001, where they designed, developed, and implemented packaged software. Vipan initially began their career at CMC Limited as an Associate Systems Engineer and later as a Systems Engineer from 1985 to 1989.

Following this, from 1980 to 1984, they enrolled at Delhi College of Engineering and earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering. Later, from 2009 to 2012, Vipan attended the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, obtaining an MBA in Technology Management.
