Nabeel Milhan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as an Executive in Financial Crime Compliance Operations at HSBC until 2015. In 2015, they then took on a Finance Intern role at Expelogix Pvt Ltd. Following that, from 2016 to 2018, they served as a Business Analyst (Marketing) at MAS Holdings. In 2019, Nabeel joined oDoc, initially as a Product and Operations Manager, and later took on roles as Head of New Business Development and Sales, and Vice President of Business Development and Sales. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at oDoc. In 2022, they also worked as a Recruitment Consultant, connecting global tech companies with software engineers from Sri Lanka.

Nabeel pursued a degree in Management Accounting and Finance through CIMA and successfully completed their studies in 2020. Additionally, in 2020, Nabeel pursued a Chartered Marketer certification from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, which they completed in 2021.
