Head of Product Experience at ODOSCOPE

Ricardo Azevedo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ricardo joined ODOSCOPE in 2018, initially serving as a Customer Success Manager before becoming the Head of Product Experience in September 2021. Prior to that, Ricardo worked at Itaú Unibanco from 2015 to 2017, where they held roles as an Information Systems and Pricing Senior Analyst, as well as a Planning and Control Senior Analyst. During their time at Itaú Unibanco, they focused on building internal client relationships, improving data analysis reports, implementing automated control points, and creating dashboards and presentations for the management team. Before their tenure at Itaú Unibanco, Ricardo worked at PwC as an Associate - MDM Business Support in 2013. Ricardo also gained experience at Hypermarcas S/A as a Commercial Planning Analyst, where they contributed to improving task performance, developed business intelligence processes, and supported process improvement using Excel VBA. Ricardo's early career included a role as an MIS Intern at Itaú Unibanco in 2012, where they analyzed processes, developed performance indicators, and applied Lean Thinking to identify waste and mitigate it systematically.

Ricardo Azevedo has an educational background that consists of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Ricardo pursued this degree from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, starting in 2007 and completing it in 2012. Before their university studies, Ricardo attended COTEC - UNESP Guaratinguetá from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a degree as an Industrial Informatics Technician. In addition to their formal educational background, Ricardo also holds a certification in Proficiency in Financial Accounting, which they obtained in June 2018 from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
