Scottie Bailey, LPC has a diverse work experience spanning several years. From 2022 to present, they have been working as a Community Outreach and Engagement Specialist at Odyssey House Louisiana. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, they worked as a Counselor at Triple Tree Counseling New Orleans.

In 2020, Scottie served as a Quality Analyst at Veteran's Evaluation Services until 2022. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Counselor at Behavioral Health Group - BHG. Scottie also has experience as an MHP at Milestones Mental Health Agency from 2017 to 2018.

Before transitioning into counseling roles, Scottie worked at lululemon as a Floor Lead from 2015 to 2017, where they supervised the retail sales floor and provided excellent guest experiences. Scottie Bailey, LPC pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Nicholls State University, which spanned from 2009 to 2015. Following this, they obtained a Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the same university, specializing in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor, between 2013 and 2015. In addition to their counseling qualifications, Scottie also completed a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher program at the Baptiste Institute from 2013 to 2016, expanding their expertise in yoga.
