Ryan K. Rigney has over 15 years of work experience in the gaming industry. In 2021, they began working as the Marketing Director for Odyssey Interactive. In 2020, they were the Director of Community and Communications - Respawn Entertainment for Electronic Arts (EA). From 2018-2020, they were the Global Communications Lead for the League of Legends Franchise at Riot Games and the Communications Lead for PUBG Corporation, where they supported PUBG Mobile. From 2015-2018, they held multiple roles at Riot Games, including Communications Lead - League of Legends, Senior Writer, and Writer. In 2014, they were the Editor and Community Manager for Gaming Insiders. From 2012-2014, they were a Columnist and Contributor for WIRED, writing 3-5 weekly pieces for WIRED.com's gaming vertical. Lastly, from 2006-2012, they were a Contributing Writer for GamePro, EDGE, PC Gamer, Gamasutra, Gamespot, Mac|Life, and other outlets.
