Damon Milne

Product Director, Trade & Collision International at OEC

Damon Milne has extensive experience in various roles within the tech and software industry. Damon started their career as a Marketing Administrator at The Norton Practice in 2003 before moving on to become an Analyst at Titlesolv (formerly London and European) in 2004. At Titlesolv, Damon solely managed the process of issuing new title insurance to mortgage companies and improved efficiency through cost reduction measures.

In 2006, Damon joined Snap-on Business Solutions as an Operations Analyst, where they analyzed financial information and provided reporting support to UK and European franchised dealer networks. Damon then progressed to the role of Service Lead, where they led a team of Operations Analysts and actively supported their growth. Damon later became a Service Manager, responsible for managing a team of Service Leads and delivering financial analysis and support to European customers. Finally, they served as an Account Manager, maintaining revenue and achieving sales targets on key customer accounts while also project managing large-scale IT software implementation projects critical to a global OEM's business needs.

Damon continued their career at Snap-on Business Solutions Europe as the European Operations Manager in 2017, overseeing operations in the region. Damon then moved to OEConnection (OEC) in 2018, where they served as the EU Program Manager, responsible for managing programs and project delivery.

Currently, Damon is working at OEConnection (OEC) as the Product Director for Trade & Collision International, a position they started in June 2019. In this role, they lead and directs product strategies for international trade and collision, driving growth and success in these areas. Overall, Damon's experience demonstrates their expertise in program management, project delivery, and financial analysis.

Damon Milne completed CIMA Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2011 to 2014. Damon also pursued CPPD Developing Management Skills from Reading College in 2010. Prior to this, they studied at Little Heath School from 1997 to 2001, but no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
