Ofer Investments Ltd. is the controlling shareholder of “Melisron” an Israeli public company (traded in Tel Aviv Stock Exchange “MLSR.TA” ) which operates in the fields of lease, management, improvement, construction and maintenance of commercial and office spaces and owns leading shopping centers in Israel.
