Lex Scala

Lex Scala has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2006. Lex worked as an Assistant General Manager and later as a General Manager at Panera Bread from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a General Manager at DiBella's Old Fashioned Submarines. Lex then worked as a General Manager at Au Bon Pain from 2012 to 2014. After that, Lex worked as a Store Manager at Starbucks from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they had roles at Off the Grid Culinary, first as a Training and Logistics Manager and then as a Corporate Operations Manager.
