Theresa Whelan

Theresa Whelan is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in administrative roles within local government. Currently serving as a Staff Officer at Offaly County Council since April 2023, Theresa previously held the position of Assistant Staff Officer at both Laois County Council from June 2020 to April 2023 and Offaly County Council from June 2019 to June 2020. Prior to these roles, Theresa amassed over a decade of experience in administration and accounts with James Fisher Testing Services from January 2007 to June 2019. Theresa holds a BSc in Sport Science from Bangor University, completed in 2006.
