Prior to joining Office Depot, Sarah was the EVP, General Counsel and Secretary at Xerox Corporation from January 2017 to July 2018.

Before their time at Xerox Corporation, Sarah was the EVP, General Counsel & Secretary at ABM Industries from January 2008 to January 2017.

Sarah E. Hlavinka completed their undergraduate education at Texas A&M University and then attended the University of Texas School of Law, where they earned their law degree.
