Alexandra Chaustre McNally is a UX Designer and Digital Service Specialist at the Office of Natural Resources Revenue since January 2023, focusing on user-centered research to enhance websites and advising on human-centered design. Previously, Alexandra served as a Designer and Urban Planner at Volpe, the National Transportation Systems Center, where human-centered design principles were applied to create impactful products. Experience also includes roles as a Transportation Planner at CivCon Services Incorporated, Program Intern at Target Group Inc., Strategic Planning Intern at the Chicago Transit Authority, and various internships and assistantships related to GIS and urban planning. Alexandra holds a Master’s Candidate degree in Human-Computer Interaction and UX Design from Drexel University, a Master’s in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Pennsylvania State University.
