Jeff Valois has had an extensive career in the political field, holding various positions over the years. Jeff began their career in 2008 as a Legislative Assistant in the office of Mario Silva, MP. Jeff continued working as a Legislative Assistant for Frank Valeriote, MP, until 2015, taking on responsibilities such as media relations and speech writing. In 2015, they briefly served as the Campaign Manager for Ken Hardie, a Liberal candidate. From 2015 to 2019, Valois served as the Director of Parliamentary Affairs and Issues Management for the Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence. Jeff then joined the Office of the Minister of Indigenous Services, holding the roles of Director of Communications and Issues Management, and later, Director of Parliamentary Affairs. In 2020, Valois became a Regional Advisor for Ontario in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada. Jeff then transitioned to the role of Chief of Staff in the Office of the Minister of Northern Affairs, Minister responsible for PrairiesCan and for CanNor in 2021. Currently, Valois is the Director of Operations in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada.

Jeff Valois attended Carleton University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Jeff'sfield of study was Political Science with a concentration in Canadian Politics.
