Shota Jamburidze has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Shota started their career as the Assistant of the Tax Auditor at BDO Georgia in 2011. Following this, Shota worked as a Manager of Research Direction and Strategic Manager at NGO - NEW PEOPLE GENERATION from 2009 to 2011. In 2013, they joined Market Intelligence Caucasus - TNS as a Data Manager, Statistician, and Analyst. Shota then worked at ICON plc as a Project Manager and Analyst in 2015. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the eHealth Project Manager and Co-Chair of the EC (European Commission) EaP (Eastern Partnership) eHealth Network at the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia. Currently, Shota is working at the State Audit Office of Georgia as the Head of Strategic Analysis Division, responsible for strategic planning, communication, and developing audit methodologies.

Shota Jamburidze obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU) in the years 2007 to 2011. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics at the International School of Economics at Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (ISET). In 2014 to 2015, they completed a Master's degree program in International Health Care Management, Economics, and Policy at SDA Bocconi.
