Sorin Olteanu has a wealth of experience in the IT industry. Sorin began their career in 2009 as a Network Administrator at Internet Expres London. In 2013, they moved to SCC as a Servicedesk Analyst. At SCC, they were promoted to Supervisor in 2014, where they were responsible for Service Transitions, Teams Management, Performance Management, and Quality Improvements. In 2016, they moved to Office Timeline as Head of Customer Support.
Sorin Olteanu attended FEAA from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Sorin also obtained four certifications from APMG International: ITIL Continual Service Improvement in August 2016, ITIL Service Strategy in November 2015, ITIL Service Operations in November 2014, and ITIL Foundation in March 2014.
