About the role:

OfficeRnD is seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about all things “data” and are eager to make a significant impact on the teams they collaborate with. As a Data Engineer you will not only oversee the ingestion, transformation, delivery, and movement of data throughout every part of an organization, but also translate it into advanced dashboards and actionable insights.

Our Data Stack includes Snowflake, Fivetran, DBT and Looker.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain different data pipelines in order to ensure the quality and accuracy of our product analytics;

• Develop and maintain data models, schemas and database systems to support data integration, storage and retrieval;

• Work closely with our product and engineering teams to understand our customers’ problems and translate them into dashboard designs that clearly tell a story with the data.

What to bring:

• Experience working as a Data Engineer;

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases;

• Knowledge of data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc);

• Knowledge of data transformation (preferably DBT), data model design and query optimization strategies;

• Experience with software engineering tools (Git, CI/CD);

• Experience in data acquisition, ELT, data transformation, storage, and distribution, including working with APIs, FTP, database servers, raw files, user entitlements, and constructing data access points;

• Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI or Looker);

• Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
