About the role:
As a Product Design leader at OfficeRnD, you will provide leadership to our team of UX and UI designers across our two product lines - OfficeRnD Hybrid and OfficeRnD Flex. You will be responsible for guiding the team to create user-centered designs that provide the best possible user experience across our web and mobile platforms. Your role will involve strategic planning, mentoring, and managing the design team, while also collaborating closely with product management, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence and alignment with business goals.

What you'll do:

• Set the standard and uphold the quality and consistency for what great design means across the entire product portfolio. Mentor and guide the company’s designers, fostering their professional growth and development;

• Lead efforts to uplift the overall user experience for our OfficeRnD Flex product, ensuring it meets and exceeds user expectations;

• Develop and execute strategic design plans aligned with organizational goals and oversee the full design process from research to implementation;

• Be data-driven in decision-making, particularly around addressing UX debt and prioritizing UX improvements;

• Be ready to get hands-on and contribute individually to high-value projects that are critical to the company’s success;

• Diplomatically and convincingly advocate for UX projects requiring development work, securing support from the engineering team;

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints;

• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to align stakeholders and drive design decisions;

• Communicate design goals and objectives to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

What to bring:

• Solid experience in product design, with at least five years leading design teams;

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design across web and mobile platforms;

• Proven track record of driving significant design impact and delivering high-quality products;

• Experience with design systems, user research methodologies, and agile development processes;

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset for continuous improvement;

• Fluent English.
