Andrea Ceruti

Andrea Ceruti has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a CAD Technician at Elettron S.a.s. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Zeta System s.r.l. as an IT Service Admin, specializing in Linux and Windows system administration and development. In 2012, they became a Consultant for Document Management and IT system at Ramcube srl c/o ENI s.p.a., where they coordinated information exchange, maintained the Document Management System, and provided ICT services for projects. In the same year, they also worked at Widecom s.r.l. (c/o UniCredit) as a Solaris / Linux System Administrator and Shell Programmer / Developer. From 2014 to 2016, Andrea served as the Information System Management Manager at Bumi Armada, overseeing ICT project budgets, system development and maintenance, and document control activities for a multi-billion project. In 2016, they joined Siemens Aero-Derivative Gas Turbines as the Data and Information Services - Systems and Operations Manager, responsible for infrastructure development and transitioning legacy systems to cloud-friendly solutions. Currently, Andrea holds the position of Head of Data Operations at Ofgem, with a future promotion to Head of Data Engineering and Operations in 2023.

Andrea Ceruti began their education in 2002 at Politecnico di Milano, where they studied Ingegneria Aerospaziale for two years. Andrea continued their education at the same institution from 2004 to 2010, earning a Laurea degree in Ingegneria dell'Automazione.
