Helen Tibbetts

Helen Tibbetts is currently serving as the Head of Retail Compliance at Ofgem since January 2023. Prior to this role, Helen held various positions at the Financial Conduct Authority, including Manager of Investigations in Retail Enforcement. Before joining the FCA, Helen worked as an Associate in the Financial Crime Policy Unit at KPMG. Helen holds a Master of Arts in Economics, a Certificate in Economics, and a Bachelor of Laws.
