Lesley Babb Fcipd

Lesley Babb FCIPD is currently the Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at Ofgem and a Research Fellow at EDI+ Network. With previous experience at the Intellectual Property Office and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, Lesley has held various roles such as Head of Pay, Reward and Diversity, Head of Senior Staff and Talent, and Pay and Reward Manager. Lesley has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of South Wales and is pursuing research fellowships in Social Sciences at Durham University and Northumbria University.
