Samantha Jozefowski has over 14 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Samantha is currently working as a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at OFI, where they focus on ensuring the quality and transparency of the ingredients supplied by the company. Prior to this, Samantha worked at Abbott for 10 years, holding various roles such as Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for the Diagnostics division. Before joining Abbott, they worked at MedFocus as a Clinical Recruiter, specializing in clinical research professionals and consulting opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry. Samantha also has experience in physician recruitment, having worked as a Senior Physician Consultant at Arlington HealthCare. In this role, they collaborated with clients to develop recruitment strategies, negotiated contracts, and implemented marketing strategies.
