Kerry Hutsell

Kerry Hutsell has over two decades of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at The Standard since May 2004. In this role, Kerry leads an enterprise Talent Acquisition team, overseeing relationships with various vendor partners. Previously, as an HR Business Partner at The Standard, responsibilities included aligning talent strategies with business objectives and managing workforce programs. Earlier experience includes roles at Intel Corp in Staffing, College Recruitment, Training, and Mergers and Acquisitions, concluding as an HR Business Partner for the Validation Engineering organization. Kerry holds a BA in Behavioral Science from Mount Mary University and an MS in Psychology with a focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
