Arun Issac has extensive experience in the food and culinary industry, currently serving as the Manager of Innovation & Sales at ofi since June 2015. Previously, Arun held positions as Manager of Technical Services at Food Specialities Ltd and National Applications Manager at AB Mauri, where responsibilities included developing and implementing technical sales strategies and leading teams to meet corporate objectives. Arun's earlier role as Zonal Culinary Manager at Rich Graviss Products Pvt Ltd involved managing a team of technical sales executives to achieve significant business results through culinary services. Arun began the culinary career as a Demi Chef De Partie at Carnival Cruise Lines. Additionally, Arun is pursuing an MBA at SP Jain School of Global Management, following a degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management in Chennai.
