Nancy Kirk Hyde

Nancy Kirk Hyde, MBA has extensive experience in human resources, holding senior leadership positions in various companies. Nancy is currently working as the Senior HR Director- Spices, North America at OFI. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President-Labor & Employee Relations at California Dairies, Inc. from November 2022 to January 2024. Nancy also held the position of VP of Human Resources at O'Neill Vintners and Distillers from January 2020 to January 2024. Nancy has also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Table Mountain Casino and Ameristar Casino and Hotel- Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. Additionally, they have held HR leadership roles at Andersen Windows-SilverLine Division and Zodiac Aerospace. Prior to these roles, Nancy served as the Director of HR at United Consumer Club dba DirectBuy, where they were responsible for managing a significant employee group and overseeing various HR functions.

Nancy Kirk Hyde, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with HR Certification from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Nancy also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General, from Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, they have obtained a Masters of Business with HR Management Certification from Indiana Wesleyan University.
