Vinod Fozadar

Vinod Fozadar is an experienced professional in operational excellence and manufacturing, currently serving as the Global Head of Operational Excellence at ofi since September 2025. Prior roles include Regional Head of Operational Excellence for APAC at Olam, Site Director at Abbott in Vietnam, and various positions at Mondelēz International and Procter & Gamble, where Vinod led significant cost-saving initiatives and operational transformations. Key accomplishments include developing the OpEx framework for ofi, leading multiple business excellence projects across regions, and institutionalizing continuous improvement practices at Mondelēz International. Vinod holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
