Tom Bell

Tom Bell has extensive experience in lean manufacturing and team leadership, with a career spanning several companies and roles focused on improving production efficiency and quality. Currently serving as a Lean Manufacturing Tech and Team Leader at O'Gara Group since February 2016, Tom oversees the trim department, managing the design and production of interior trims. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Specialty Vehicle Group, where process improvements contributed to reduced costs and enhanced quality, and BAE Systems, where Tom acted as Manufacturing Supervisor and Senior Team Leader. Additional roles at Armor Holdings INC., Kroll-O'Gara, and The O'Gara Company highlight a consistent track record in implementing effective systems such as Kanban, 5S, and Kaizen to streamline operations and boost output. Tom's foundational education includes a GED from Deer Park High and Middletown.
