Rose Royal

Rose Royal has over 17 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on ethics, equity, inclusion, compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR transformation. Rose is currently serving as the Director of Ethics, Equity & Inclusion at OGE Energy Corp, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this, they held various roles at OGE Energy Corp including Director HR Compliance & Employee Relations, Director Employee Relations, HR Compliance & Talent Acquisition, and Senior HR Representative.

Before joining OGE Energy Corp, Rose worked at Affinia as a Human Resources Manager from June 2003 to July 2007. During their time at Affinia, they conducted extensive analysis of the existing HR organization and led the transformation of HR from an administrative role to a strategic partner in meeting key business objectives.

Rose Royal has a BS in Business Management. Rose also holds an MBA with a focus on Human Resources. In 2015, they obtained a certification as a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM. In 2016, they obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute. In 2012, they completed a program in Human Resource Management at Villanova University.
