Kristi Beck

Kristi Beck has a diverse work experience in various healthcare organizations. Kristi started their career as a Psychiatric Nurse Care Manager at Amedysis Home Health in 2018. In 2020, they joined Oglethorpe, Inc as a Director of Nursing, where they held multiple roles until 2021. In 2021, they became the Chief Nursing Officer at Peidmont Eastside. Kristi also worked as a Bon Secure Mercy Access Center at Conduit Health Partners/ Mercy Health in 2020. In 2021, they joined HealthTrust Workforce Solutions as a Chief Nursing Officer and later moved on to serve as a Leadership Consultant at UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND ST JOSEPH FOUNDATION INC in 2022. Kristi briefly worked as an Experienced Nurse Leader at Maxim Healthcare Services (Home Care) during 2022. Currently, they are a CNO at Acadia Healthcare, starting in 2022.

Kristi Beck pursued their education at Northern Kentucky University from 1992 to 1997. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, specializing in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
