Marcia Stokes, Ph.D. has a strong background in training and development. From 2007 to the present, they have been working at Ogletree Deakins as the Director of Talent (Career) Development. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all training and people development programs, including onboarding, role-based learning, and specialized training topics.
