Eric Crispin has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and industries. Eric started their career as an Associate at GROUP 70 INTERNATIONAL, INC. in 1985 and later served as the Director of Business Development at Leo A Daly from 1997 to 1999. Crispin then worked for the City and County of Honolulu as Director of Planning and Permitting from 2000 to 2004, where they oversaw long-range planning and the issuance of permits. Eric held various roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and Starwood Vacation Ownership from 2005 to 2009, including VP Development in Hawaii/West. Eric then served as the Assistant Vice-Chancellor for Financial and Physical Management at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2009 to 2011. Currently, Crispin is the Vice President at Ohana Real Estate Investors, responsible for real estate investment and oversight for a U.S.-based family. In addition, they have served as the Honorary Consul of Brazil in Hawaii for the Consulate General of Brazil in Los Angeles since 2001.

Eric Crispin attended Universidade Católica de Santos from 1979 to 1984, where they pursued a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. Before that, they studied at Punahou School, although the specific dates and degree information for this education are not provided.
