Jimmy Galvan

Jimmy Galvan has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. Jimmy currently works at Univar Solutions, where they have held several roles since 2018, including Sales Account Manager and Customer Solutions Supervisor. In their previous position as Lead Customer Service Representative at Univar Solutions, Jimmy served as the first point of contact for transactional questions and escalated business concerns. Jimmy also provided associate coaching and attended weekly Sales Cadence calls to relay important information to the Sales team.

Prior to joining Univar Solutions, Jimmy worked as a Staff Coach at Ohio Premier Eagles Soccer Club in 2018. In 2016, they joined Nexeo Solutions as a Sales Support Associate and later became a Customer Solutions Representative. In these roles, they provided excellent customer service, managed customer orders, and fostered strong customer relationships.

Before their time at Nexeo Solutions, Jimmy worked at Solenis as a Customer Care Specialist from 2014 to 2016. Their responsibilities included attending to customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Jimmy's career began at Ohio Hispanic Coalition in 2013, where they served as a Marketing and Public Relations professional. Jimmy attended meetings with potential donors, promoted the Coalition's services to the Hispanic community, and oversaw grant writing and proposal submissions.

Jimmy Galvan earned a Bachelor's degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Ohio Christian University in 2012. Jimmy then pursued a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Southern New Hampshire University, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, they also obtained a second Bachelor's degree in Disaster Management and Relief from Ohio Christian University, also completed in 2012.
