Carl Spaetzel

Carl Spaetzel is an experienced engineer currently serving as an Interconnection and Planning Engineer at South Central Power Company since March 2024. Previously, Carl held the position of Power Delivery Engineer II at Ohio's Electric Cooperatives from December 2020 to March 2024, and earlier as a Power Delivery Engineer within the same organization. Additional experience includes working as a Shift Supervisor at Anheuser-Busch from February 2019 to January 2021, and serving as a Student Facility Coordinator at The Ohio State University from October 2014 to December 2018. Furthermore, Carl gained valuable experience as a Nuclear Engineering Intern at Duke Energy Corporation during the summer of 2018. Carl earned a degree from The Ohio State University between 2014 and 2018.
