Cliff Staton

Cliff Staton has extensive experience in government affairs and communications. In 2020, they became the Head of Government Affairs and Community Relations for OhmConnect. Prior to this, they were the Principal of Staton Strategies, LLC from 2019. From 2010 to 2019, they were the Head of Government Affairs and Communications for Renew Financial, where they were one of the company's first employees and led development and execution of policy and communications strategies for Renew Financial. Cliff also founded and helped build Staton & Hughes in 1989, one of California's leading political and communications strategy firms. During their time there, they crafted and executed winning strategies in more than 100 local, state and federal campaigns.

Cliff Staton holds a Master of Public Affairs degree from The University of Texas at Austin and an A.B. in Germanic Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
