Srinivas Chaganti

Srinivas Chaganti has worked in the technology industry since 2006. Srinivas began their career at Support.com as the VP Data Engineering and Analytics, where they were responsible for data strategy, architecture, infrastructure, and BI. Srinivas then moved into the VP of Infrastructure Operations role, where they stabilized the organization by reducing system complexity, increasing automation, and increasing employee morale. After that, they were the Senior Director of Engineering, Data, and Platform Architecture, where they implemented scalable data infrastructure and business intelligence solutions. Finally, they were the Director of Engineering, where they built client products and optimized and automated support workflows. In 2016, they joined OhmConnect as the Head of Data.
