Rodrigo Paiva

Rodrigo Paiva has extensive work experience in data analysis and management. Rodrigo started their career at Bradesco S.A where they provided assistance in banking routines, customer support, administrative support, and sales of banking products. In 2016, they joined Senior Solution as a Java Developer, where they worked on bug fixes and product customization. Later on, they worked at IBM as a Production Support Analyst, responsible for managing critical data and calculations for commission payments. Currently, Rodrigo works at Oi as the Data Lead, leading the development of artificial intelligence products and participating in agile teams and data governance initiatives. Rodrigo also collaborates with other areas of the company to identify opportunities and provides insights through dashboards and analysis.
