Say Chuan Neo

Say Chuan Neo is a seasoned professional in the energy and industrial projects sector, currently serving as the Regional Director of Energy & Projects for APAC at OIA GLOBAL since October 2018. Prior to this role, Say Chuan Neo held the position of Head of Business Development for the Oil & Gas sector at deugro from May 2016 to October 2018. Say Chuan Neo also contributed significantly to Panalpina from October 2012 to March 2016 in various leadership roles, including VP of Regional Development Manager for Asia Pacific and VP of Regional Portfolio Manager for Subsea & Deepwater. Earlier career experiences include roles as Business Development Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager at Altus Oil & Gas Services and as a Sales Executive at Agility Project Logistics. Say Chuan Neo is an alumnus of the Singapore Institute of Management.
