Jerit Daley

Jerit Daley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. They started their career as a New Franchise Launch Specialist Intern at 1-800 Radiator & A/C in 2007, where they traveled across the country to facilitate new franchise growth and provided training on operations and sales.

In 2008, Daley joined 1-800-Radiator & AC as a Staff Accountant, managing corporate cash flows and analyzing financial statements. They later took on the role of Financial Analyst, developing budgets and forecasting reports for franchise owners. In 2012, Daley became a Senior Regional Sales Manager, responsible for managing business relationships with 25 individual franchises, executing marketing campaigns, and facilitating the growth of new product lines. They also sourced and closed an acquisition of a cooling parts distributor.

Moving to RIEBES AUTO PARTS in 2015, Daley served as the Sales and Marketing Manager, responsible for sales and marketing plans, inventory models, budgets, and proformas. In 2018, they joined Brake Parts Inc LLC as a Sales Director, overseeing sales activities. Simultaneously, they also worked as a Sales Director at First Brands Group, LLC, responsible for sales in the Western region.

Most recently, Daley joined Oil Changers in 2021. They first served as the Director of Integration, and later became the Director of Corporate Development.

Jerit Daley attended California State University, Chico from 2003 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration & Finance. In 2007, they also had a brief study abroad experience at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they focused on Accounting and Finance. Thus, they have a solid educational background in business administration and finance, with additional exposure to international financial studies.
