Michael Watson, MBA, LBC has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Michael began their career at Garan, Incorporated in 1987 as a Project Engineer before moving on to United Technologies as an Industrial Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer. In 1993, they joined Tenneco, where they held various positions including Manufacturing Engineer, Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, and Project Engineer. Watson then transitioned to Johnson Electric as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer from 2000 to 2001. Following this, they worked at Remy International as a Technical Manager before joining Parker Hannifin in 2003. At Parker Hannifin, Watson served as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Value Stream Manager, and Plant Manager for 14 years. Most recently, they have been employed at Oil-Dri Corporation of America as a Process Improvement and Reliability Engineer since 2017.
