Pavlos Michaelides

Pavlos Michaelides has a strong background in data science and research engineering. Pavlos currently serves as the VP of Data Science at OilX, where they have been working since July 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Data Scientist at OilX, starting in January 2019.

Before joining OilX, Pavlos worked as a Data Scientist at Signal Ocean from July 2018 to January 2019. Pavlos also gained experience in materials and production planning as a Materials and Production Planner at Colgate-Palmolive from August 2017 to July 2018.

Their career began as a Research Engineer at INASCO, where they worked from April 2012 to August 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Research Associate at the Stochastic Mechanical Systems and Automation Laboratory at the University of Patras from May 2006 to November 2011.

Pavlos Michaelides completed their Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Patras from 2001 to 2006. In addition, they obtained a certification in Programming for Everybody (Python) from Coursera Verified Certificates in August 2015.
