Stephany Campos has a diverse work experience in customer success, onboarding, and support roles. Stephany started their career in 2020 as a Bilingual Customer Service Analyst at Atento Brasil, where they resolved complaints and queries for Disney+. In 2021, they moved to Teleperformance and worked as a Customer Support Agent and later as a Tier II Specialized Support for HBO Max, solving technical and financial issues and providing training. In 2022, Stephany joined Factorial as a Customer Support Agent, where they led implementation sessions and provided after-sales support. Stephany then became a Success Expert Agent, building strong client relationships and gathering information. In 2023, Stephany joined Oitchau - Controle de Ponto & Timesheets as an Onboarding Analyst for SMB clients and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager for Enterprise clients. In their current role, they manage portfolios of clients, ensures effective onboarding, builds and maintains strong customer relationships, and collaborates with internal teams to incorporate customer feedback into strategic plans.

Stephany Campos has an extensive education history, starting with their enrollment at Wise Up from 2013 to 2017, where they focused on the field of study of teaching English as a second language. Following that, they attended ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo from 2017 to 2018, pursuing a technical degree in Maintenance and Support in Computing.

In 2018, Stephany enrolled at Universidade São Judas Tadeu and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, completing their studies in 2019. Stephany then transitioned to Universidade Paulista from 2020 to 2021, where they pursued a Technologist degree in Photography.

Currently, Stephany is attending Senac from 2023 to 2024, where they are working towards another Technologist degree, this time in Commercial Management.
