Keith Fraser

Keith Fraser has a strong background in human resources and has held various roles in different companies. Keith is currently serving as the Head of HR at Oji Fibre Solutions since January 2023. Before this, they worked at Pact Group Holdings Ltd where they held multiple roles including General Manager- People & Culture, NZ from February 2019 to January 2023, Human Resources Manager, New Zealand from February 2012 to February 2019, and Employee Relations Consultant from July 2010 to February 2012. Keith also worked as an HR Advisor (contract) at NDA Group from March 2010 to June 2010. Prior to that, they gained experience at Norske Skog as a Warehouse & Logistics Manager from December 2007 to December 2009, and as a Human Resources Business Partner / Training & Development Specialist from June 2001 to November 2007. Keith started their career as a Human Resources Advisor at Fletcher Challenge from August 1998 to June 2001 and worked as a Human Resources/Quality Manager at Rivermill Bakeries Ltd from February 1996 to August 1998.

Keith Fraser attended Whangarei Boys High School for an unknown period of time but did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study. From 1992 to 1996, they attended The University of Waikato, where they obtained a BMS degree with a focus on Strategic Management & Leadership.
