Deepti Deshpande

Deepti Deshpande has over 15 years of work experience in Human Resources. Deepti began their career in 2006 as an Associate Consultant at Ernst & Young, India. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Recruitment Specialist at Capgemini. Deepti then moved to Lals Group as an HR Executive from 2011 to 2014. After that, they served as an HR Manager at Tejari from 2014 to 2015 and then at the International Cricket Council from 2015 to 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at Okadoc.

Deepti Deshpande has an education history that spans from 2003 to 2010. Deepti began their studies at Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, where they earned a BMS - Bachelor of Management Studies in Management in 2006. Deepti then went on to Mumbai University and earned an MCom in Business Administration in 2008. In the same year, they moved to Aston University in Birmingham, UK, where they earned an MS in Human Resource Management and Business in 2010. Additionally, they hold an Associate's degree from CIPD Qualifications.
