Ian Andrew

Ian Andrew has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Ian is currently working as the Director of Operations at Professional Sports Catering, where they oversee all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation at The Stockton Ports ballpark. Prior to this role, they served as the General Manager at The Original Pancake House South Florida, managing a small team and ensuring smooth operations. Ian also has experience with Professional Sports Catering as an Assistant Director of Operations at FITTEAM Ballpark of The Palm Beaches, where they oversaw day-to-day operations, and as a Catering Manager at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. Ian has also worked as an Executive Chef at The Goodyear Ballpark and as a Head Chef at The State College Spikes. Ian started their career as a Line Cook at Ruby Tuesday and The Olde New York before moving on to various roles at The Hotel State College. Ian Andrew earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Penn State University between 2009 and 2012. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Servesafe from SERVESAFE LTD in September 2019.
