Jennifer Nelson has a diverse range of experience in the food and beverage industry. Jennifer started their career as an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Professional Sports Catering in 2009, where they were later promoted to Executive Chef. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Multi-Site General Manager of Food and Beverage at Michigan Baseball Foundation/Dow Diamond/Great Lakes Loons, overseeing various food service operations and managing a restaurant property. In 2016, Jennifer pursued their dream of opening their own restaurant, Nibblesworth, where they served as the General Manager, Chef, and Owner until 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at Professional Sports Catering.

Jennifer Nelson attended Lansing Community College for an undisclosed period of time, but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. In addition, Jennifer obtained several certifications including Building Resilience and Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls from LinkedIn in April 2020, as well as TIPS Certified and ServSafe certifications in August 2017 and June 2017 respectively.
