Janine Pesci

Janine Pesci has over 20 years of experience in talent development and human resources. Their most recent position is with Okland Construction, where they serve as the Talent Development Director. In this role, they manage a team responsible for executing a global talent strategy, overseeing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and implementing a talent framework for hiring and onboarding.

Prior to Okland Construction, Janine worked at Gensler for 15 years, holding various leadership roles. As the Chief People Officer, they led organizational transformation and developed human capital strategies for a globally dispersed workforce. Janine set the global strategy for professional and leadership development programs, engagement strategies, and training initiatives.
