Yoav Shilon

Yoav Shilon is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product strategy, marketing, and engineering. At Okta, Shilon currently serves as Senior Director of Product for the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform, driving strategic roadmaps and cross-functional team alignment. Previously, Shilon implemented go-to-market strategies and competitive intelligence initiatives at Okta and Akamai Technologies. With a robust background in product development as Head of Product at 6ya and CTO at Fixya, as well as leadership roles at SAP Labs and Hotbar, Shilon has demonstrated expertise in managing teams and executing innovative solutions. Education includes a BA in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, and formal training in computer science from the IDF Academy.
