Natalia Quintanal Fernández

Natalia Quintanal Fernández has several years of experience in roles related to human resources, talent development, and executive coaching. Currently, they serve as the COO - Director of Operations and Talent Development at Okticket, where they focus on managing change and promoting growth. Previously, they worked at Lab Revolución as an Executive Coach and Professional Development specialist. Natalia also has experience in Human Resources Development at thyssenkrupp and in People Management and Talent Development at Intermark it. Natalia held the position of HR Manager at Eolo Sport Industrias S.A. and served as Assistant to the HR Director at Samoa Industrial, S.A. and Duro Felguera.

Natalia Quintanal Fernández has a diverse education history. Natalia obtained a Licenciada en Ciencias del Trabajo degree from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in 2006. Prior to that, they received a Diplomada Graduado Social degree from Universidad de Oviedo in 1994. In 2012, they pursued a Certificado Internacional en Coaching from Instituto Europeo de Coaching. Natalia further enhanced their expertise in coaching by completing an Experto en Coaching Estratégico program at Key Executive Consulting Group and Club Asturiano de Calidad from 2013 to 2014. In 2016, they specialized in Coaching Ejecutivo y de Equipos from Instituto Europeo de Coaching. Additionally, they completed a Practitioner en Programación Neurolingüística Transpersonal course at Instituto Potencial Humano from 2014 to 2015.

Natalia also holds certifications from other institutions. In 2019, they obtained the Experto DISC certification from the International DISC Institute at the Esin, Escuela Internacional de Liderazgo y Gestión del Talento. Furthermore, they received the Certificado CPC (Coach Profesional Certificado) from the Asociación Española de Coaching (ASESCO) in 2013.
